A maintenance clean generally involves cleaning of coils and filters, electrical safety check, operational check in heating and cooling mode, check and flush the drains, air temperature measurement to ensure the system is operating at its maximum capacity.
This however does depend on the type of air conditioning system you have.

Domestically Waratah specialise in Mitsubishi Electric systems, a bit like a BMW service centre specialises in the same brand of motor car. This ensures the technicians are trained on the product as efficiently as possible particularly as advances in technology are ever changing. We do service alternate brands but this is normally based on the fact we have sold and installed the system from new. For service on other brands we suggest you contact the manufacturer of your system installed and find the authorised dealer in your area.
Commercially We potentially service all brands of systems as this area is specialised and normally forms part of a service contract already in place. If you are a commercial customer and don’t have a service contract and would like a price for one, please reach out to us in the link below.
